This was the first time I have ever used the video on my camera, sorry it is not very good. Sydney loves to watch mickey mouse clubhouse and dance to the song at the end! She is getting so big. I cant believe she is going to be 16 months old this month. She just loves to eat. There is nothing she really will not eat.

Well I'm only about a month behind, but I thought I would post some pictures of Sydney's 1st birthday party. We had a great time. She loved the cake and got it everywhere. She loved everyone being at her house. She was such a little show off that day. Travis and I took her to the zoo for her actually birthday. She really did not know what what going on, she just liked to snack in her stroller and check out the animals. She is getting really big. We are going to the doctor later this month so i will have to post some more pictures of her later. She is great a great girl! Also today is Travis's birthday! Just wanted to say I love you. I hope you had a great day!

Our Vacation

Last weekend we went to Galtinburg, Tennessee for a wedding. It was a great time. Kinda hot and humid, but very different then Indiana. We went the Ripley's believe it or not aquarium. There was lots of cool fish there. I did not get to see a bear, but Travis did!!

We are also staying busy with the little one. She is getting so big. We did not take her with us, so while we gone she started walking very good. She walked a little before but now she walks really good. Her birthday is also coming up, I can't believe it. We are having her pictures done this weekend!

Sydney has finally got one tooth. She has had to for about a month, but she will not let me a picture of it. She is getting really big. She is on the go all the time. She pulls her self up also.

It is a little hard to see her tooth, but it is there.

New Stuff

I decided to take Sydney to the park last week. The weather was just perfect! She had so much fun. She loves to swing and go down the slide. We also took her for a ride in the wagon around the yard, she loves that too.

She also had her first swimming experience this week. She splashed everywhere. She loves the water. I cant wait for summer to come, so we can go swimming again.

She is crawling everywhere now. She is just on the go all the time. Still no teeth yet. She did eat part of a powder doughnut the other day, which she liked.

Bath Time

Bath time at our house gets more and more exciting every time. Sydney has recently discovered that she can splash. She gets water everywhere. She really loves playing the tub. I think she could spend hours in there.

Almost 7 months

Well in two days Sydney with be 7 months old. I can not believe it. she is getting so big. She went to the doctor today and she is looking great. She weighs 16.5 pounds and is 27 inchs long. She did not get any shots today because she has RSV. It is not to bad. she is getting over it, so she has to get them next week. She loves to play in her horse and bounce. She is just a laughing machine.

Keeping busy!

I have not posted in a very long time, because we have been busy with the holidays and work. Sydney had a great christmas. She got lots of gifts. Today she is 6 months old. She weighs about 15 pounds. She is now eating baby food, which she loves! She is also eating cereal. She loves it also.

It has been a while

It seems like forever since I have posted so here is an update on our family:

Sydney is growing all the time and is almost three months old now! She is now sleeping all night! We usually put her to bed about 8 or 9 and she usually sleeps until 6 or 7 in the morning. It is starting to get cooler outside so I had to go shopping for so clothes for her. I got a lot at Walmart. I love getting her clothes there. She laughs and trys to talk all the time now. She is such a happy baby! She has to get her shots tomorrow and I am not looking forward to that at all. I hope it goes well. Travis and I love hanging out and spending time with her. We watch football and family guy together every sunday. She hangs out with Travis every saturday. They have a great time together. Let me know what you think of the new pictures!

Fire, Fair Food, and Smiles

What exciting day we had yesterday!! The fair is in our town, so we decided to go see what it was all about yesterday. We saw lots of people travis and I knew (well travis knew more people than I did.) There was so many different types of food I could not decided what I wanted. I finally decided on some potatoe things with cheese and chili. They were very yummy! After socializing for about an hour we decided to go home. We were only for about an half hour when travis's fire pager went off. To our discovery there was a house fire two houses from our house. We walked outside and there was so much black smoke coming from the house. Travis ran down to the house and I stayed with the baby and finally met our neighbors! I have never met them and we purchased our house over a year ago. They are all very nice and one is even the ex mayor of Montpelier!! It was kinda of exciting to see travis be a firefighter, because I have never seen travis work before.

This morning Sydney and I were hanging out and she started laughing and smiling! I finally got a picture of her smiling! She has been doing it for a while, but I could never get a picture of it.

Six Weeks

Today Sydney is six weeks old. I can't believe it. She is such a great baby. She does not cry alot, which makes me very happy. She is sleeping about 6 to 8 hours a night. We went to the doctor on monday and she is 8 pounds 15 ounces. She is just growing a little everyday. She loves spending time with all of the family. Her aunt Felicia and cousin Brooke loves her so much. Brooke always wants to hold her and won't go anywhere without her. She loves to take walks with Sydney.

So many people I know has one of these, so I decided I would create one. I don't really know if anyone reads it, but I thought it would be fun to have one. It is fun reading about everyone's family. Sydney seems to be changing everyday, so I may have something to write about every day. Feel free to add me if you would like to.
